About us
Hello! Our names are J.R. and Christine Alanskas and we travel in and around Western Pennsylvania to provide you with “fire kissed” pizzas and other specials through our mobile wood fired pizza oven. Our journey started when we built our own wood fire oven in our backyard and fell in love with the taste and process. Now, we are flipping dough nearly every weekend across wineries, breweries, festivals, and more to bring you fresh ingredients and delicious pizza, hoagies, and our signature dessert dough babies. Come get sauced with us!

Wonderful people and great pizza! We invited J&C to our local Community Days this weekend and they were only able to come one day to our event due to already having a prior engagement. I’m thankful they came, they are absolutely wonderful people and the pizza is outstanding! We already asked if they could put us on their calendar for next year. If you are looking for pizza concessions for your event I highly recommend J&C Brick Oven pizza! Looking forward to seeing them at other event’s to get more pizza!

Had their pizza for the first time today, the margherita pizza was amazing! And the owners were so incredibly nice and welcoming, even gave my dog some pepperoni for a treat
